My New Red Shoes
My New Red Shoes helps homeless and low-income children look and feel confident as they start the school year by providing them with the gift of new clothing and shoes. My New Red Shoes began in 2006 and has helped more than 45,000 homeless and low-income children.
My New Red Shoes works with volunteers to collect, sort, and package shoes for children in need. Volunteers can decorate Happy First Day cards, sew gift bags, and volunteer in our warehouse. Giving out shoes and clothing giftcards in these special, volunteer-made bags, along with hand-made cards allows the children we serve to know that their community cares.
