HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
As the Web Development Manager, you will be in charge of our primary website.
We believe we are best defined by our community. Instructors and leadership form close-knit bonds through Chapter groups and other social opportunities. We are highly selective in our staff choices: it would be difficult to find a more welcoming, diverse, and talented group of high school students. Additionally, our team represents excellence in its highest form. Our small leadership group has been admitted to all 8 Ivy League universities and more than half of the top twenty universities in the US.
As web development manager, you will be working on improving our primary website and hooking it into our database. You should be good with web design, but should also be ready to work with live data from our Firebase database.
These roles are high-level global positions within the Project. The Software Engineering Manager will be tasked with completing programming for our new technological initiatives including our web portal and app. The Web Development Manager will be responsible for the Project’s main website as well as connecting it with data from our web portal. Both positions will work closely with the Vice President of Administration & President of the Project.
Candidates should be a high school student for the 2021-22 school year and must be able to commit to their position until the end of the year. As we provide free classes in order to increase the accessibility of our program, the positions are unpaid.
