WHOSE HELP IS REQUIREDAdult
HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
The Mar Vista Music and Art Walk brings lovers of all the arts together to support one another and the community. Our mission is to grow, learn, and improve the strength of our community of neighbors, artists, galleries, and small businesses.
The Mar Vista Art Walk is a fun, FREE celebration of all the arts.
Founded in 2015 by environmental nonprofit Green Communications Initiative, this quarterly event encourages people to get out of their cars and enjoy local art along the 1-mile stretch of Venice Blvd, just east of Lincoln Blvd. More walking = less fossil fuel burning + better health. Now on our fifth anniversary visitors continue to experience live art and local music while supporting local art, artists, galleries and music, educational institutions and shops. We strive to make our events all inclusive -- celebrating the diverse members of our extended community -- sharing office and event space with the Disability Community Resource Center and other local charitable partners.
