HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
More than 30% of the items we distribute are donated by our community, so your contributions are critical to the women we serve! Clients we assist are commonly single mothers, low-income or homeless women or women and teens who escaped domestic violence and cannot safely return home. Well over 40% of homeless women we encountered in shelters are employed. We also serve monthly hundreds of immigrants and refugees, transgender and LGBT people. People we work with desperately need help to stand back on their feet.
Help us help girls and women in need. Many shelters, food pantries and public schools struggle to afford period protection for their clients. Bras are considered a luxury. Please host a bra drive or simply donate never- or gently-worn bras! It's simple and helpful.
Maybe a collection bin and/or cardboard box or large mailing envelope to ship.
Go through your closets, tell your friends. Click on "View Instructions" below for details.
- We accept new or like-new bras in all sizes, styles and brands (including sports bras and maternity bras). Cup sizes D and up and band sizes 38 and up are needed most.
