HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Our garden volunteers play an important role in making The Children’s Room a welcoming and peaceful oasis for grieving children, teens, and families.
DESCRIPTION
Plant. Weed. Prune. Tasks depend on the season and the needs in our garden. The Children’s Room holds several Garden Volunteer Days throughout the year. No experience necessary! All garden days are lead by our dedicated Master Gardener Volunteer and our TCR Lead Garden Volunteer.
ITEMS NEEDED
We have a well equipped shed so no need to bring anything. Just wear closed-toe shoes and clothing you don't mind getting a little dirty!
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Kids and adults comfortable with using garden tools and getting a little bit dirty!
