WHEN
This activity is ongoing throughout the year. Volunteers have the opportunity to engage on a consistent basis or one time.
WHOSE HELP IS REQUIRED
Adults and youth are welcome. Role will be assigned based on personal capabilities.
HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Our food programs promote healthy communities and provide educational and nutritional resources to our residents to increase food security and access to healthy meals. Volunteers help speed up the process and increase the impact!
DESCRIPTION
Food distributions take place on a monthly and sometimes biweekly basis.
ITEMS NEEDED
Closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing are a must.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Youth under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
