Drivers Needed for Transport

WHERE

From farm to various locations in Boston, Lowell, and the MetroWest.

WHEN

From late April through November: on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and occasionally Saturdays. Deliveries take place around mid-day (11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).

HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

We rely on these volunteer drivers (who use their own vehicles) to help distribute food grown on the farm with the help of volunteers to those in need.

DESCRIPTION

Produce Transport Volunteer

We are always in need of volunteers to drive boxes of freshly harvested produce to our recipient partner organizations in Boston, Lowell, and throughout the Metrowest area.

ITEMS NEEDED

Your own vehicle that can transport food, and a valid driver's license.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and some heavy lifting required.
