WHOSE HELP IS REQUIREDNone
HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
You make a huge impact on the lives of our Angels and their families, bonding with kids with disabilities and offering help and friendship. You help them learn and illuminate their abilities!
As a Buddy Coach you help our 'Angels' (youth with disabilities) engage in workshops and rehearsals. Sometimes you work with them one-on-one, and sometimes you assist the teacher/director in organizing a group of Angels.
AoS staff provides you with training and guidance to ensure you are well-equipped to assist Angel participants with workshops, social interaction, rehearsals, lines, choreography, and more. The program allows Angels to develop friendships with each other and with you, their differently-abled peers.
You need to show up on time, and be ready to assist Angels and receive instructions from staff members.
The minimum age for Buddy Coaches is 10 years old. However, if you are younger but feel you are well suited for this opportunity, please don't hesitate to contact us.
