HOW IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Without volunteers, we could not run the clothes closet. It is an essential resource to the clients we serve, as we provide clothing at a very low cost that our clients might not otherwise be able to afford.
DESCRIPTION
Help us sort, count and select clothes for clients in Cambridge. Donations come into our location but need to be organized before our clients can shop for items at our discounted rates. Without volunteers, we can't do what we do, so come on down!
ITEMS NEEDED
The ability to count/sort items, along with the ability to do simple math (to charge for garments and give change)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Children must be at least 8 years old to volunteer at the pantry, and those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
